D\u0159\u00edve existovaly odd\u00edly, kam p\u0159i\u0161lo d\u00edt\u011b t\u0159eba s drobnou srde\u010dn\u00ed vadou a sportovalo vlastn\u00edm tempem, zat\u00edmco vedle tr\u00e9novaly d\u011bti na vrcholovou \u00farove\u0148. \u0160lo to skloubit,&#8221; upozor\u0148uje docent Radvansk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>To je dnes podle mnoh\u00fdch odborn\u00edk\u016f obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9. P\u0159i n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m tr\u00e9ninku t\u0159ikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b a v\u00edkendov\u00fdch z\u00e1pasech to ani jinak nejde.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A\u010dkoli se sou\u010dasn\u00e1 spole\u010dnost sna\u017e\u00ed propagovat outdoorov\u00e9 volno\u010dasov\u00e9 aktivity, t\u011bchto mo\u017enost\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e star\u0161\u00ed jedinci,&#8221; tvrd\u00ed docent Lubo\u0161 Hrazdira, p\u0159edseda \u010cesk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti t\u011blov\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sportovn\u00ed aktivity v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edho typu stoj\u00ed na opa\u010dn\u00e9 stran\u011b a tren\u00e9\u0159i se sna\u017e\u00ed vyb\u00edrat nadan\u00e9 a talentovan\u00e9 d\u011bti. To je p\u0159irozen\u00e9 z jejich pohledu, ale ur\u010dit\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem diskriminuj\u00edc\u00ed pro d\u011bti m\u00e9n\u011b nadan\u00e9. Tren\u00e9r o n\u011b z\u00e1jem nem\u00e1 a do odd\u00edlu se nedostanou, i kdy\u017e by je dan\u00fd sport t\u011b\u0161il a bavil.&#8221;<br \/>\nTalent za plotem<\/p>\n<p>Je\u0161t\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed situace nastane v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee do nadm\u011brn\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee spadne d\u00edt\u011b, kter\u00e9 dan\u00fd sport nebav\u00ed a pln\u00ed tak jen rodi\u010dovskou p\u0159edstavu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Dnes se \u010dasto setk\u00e1v\u00e1m s t\u00edm, \u017ee na tenis chod\u00ed d\u011bti sp\u00ed\u0161e na p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f,&#8221; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Mirka Melicharov\u00e1, tren\u00e9rka z Tenisov\u00e9 \u0161koly pro Prahu &#8211; v\u00fdchod. &#8220;Vid\u00edm jen m\u00e1lo d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 tenis opravdu bav\u00ed, cht\u011bj\u00ed jej d\u011blat a maj\u00ed talent. Je to tak\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitost pen\u011bz, na tenis se dostanou hlavn\u011b ti, kte\u0159\u00ed na to maj\u00ed finan\u010dn\u011b, tak\u017ee v\u011bt\u0161inou opravdu talentovan\u00e9 d\u011bti se d\u00edvaj\u00ed jen za plotem\u2026&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 ona nesouhlas\u00ed s p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdm zat\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm d\u011bt\u00ed. &#8220;Ka\u017ed\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b je na tom jinak fyzicky i psychicky a nem\u00e1 smysl je do tenisu nutit,&#8221; m\u00edn\u00ed. &#8220;A u\u017e v\u016fbec nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 v p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edm a mlad\u0161\u00edm \u0161koln\u00edm v\u011bku tr\u00e9novat individu\u00e1ln\u011b. V pln\u00e9m nasazen\u00ed lze tr\u00e9novat tehdy, a\u017e tren\u00e9r u sv\u011b\u0159ence zjist\u00ed, \u017ee ho tenis opravdu bav\u00ed a chce v n\u011bm n\u011bco s\u00e1m dos\u00e1hnout.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Podle tren\u00e9rky to nelze specifikovat, ale bav\u00edme se o star\u0161\u00edm \u0161koln\u00edm v\u011bku. &#8220;Do osmi let by se d\u00edt\u011b rozhodn\u011b nem\u011blo nijak p\u0159et\u011b\u017eovat a m\u011blo by tr\u00e9novat maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 3 kr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b ve dvojici,&#8221; rad\u00ed. &#8220;Pokud se d\u00edt\u011b p\u0159et\u011b\u017euje, m\u016f\u017ee se objevit skoli\u00f3za p\u00e1te\u0159e, poran\u011bn\u00ed lokte, z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed nebo ramene, nechu\u0165 k tenisu, \u00fanava a celkov\u00e9 p\u0159etr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed.&#8221;<br \/>\nSport je zdrav\u00fd, nadm\u011brn\u00e9 ambice ne<\/p>\n<p>Nechat d\u00edt\u011b rozv\u00edjet a dozr\u00e1t, to je p\u0159\u00edstup, kter\u00fd by se m\u011bl dodr\u017eovat i ve sportu a kter\u00fd podle mnoh\u00fdch odborn\u00edk\u016f u n\u00e1s chyb\u00ed. &#8220;V\u0161echno je v\u0161ak relativn\u00ed a z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch a zdrav\u00e9m \u00fasudku tren\u00e9ra,&#8221; podot\u00fdk\u00e1 docent Hrazd\u00edra. &#8220;Pro mal\u00e9 d\u011bti a ml\u00e1de\u017e je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jak\u00e1koli pohybov\u00e1 aktivita prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 a p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed bych se za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch okolnost\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 neb\u00e1l.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>D\u011bti podle n\u011bj dok\u00e1\u017eou v okam\u017eiku \u00fanavy spont\u00e1nn\u011b zvolnit a jejich organismus um\u00ed dob\u0159e regenerovat. &#8220;Rizikov\u00e1 situace m\u016f\u017ee ale nastat v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ambici\u00f3zn\u00edch rodi\u010d\u016f a tvrd\u00e9ho tren\u00e9ra.
